Why is my card getting declined?
If your card is declined, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue, but we generally are not notified of the specific reason for the decline.
Make sure to enter your credit card number and billing zip code correctly, that your card has available funds, and that it hasn't expired.
If all of your details have been entered correctly, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to get more information. It may be as simple as authorizing the charge. If your bank or card issuer isn't able to help, you may want to try another payment method.
