What's the difference between a request and an inquiry?
When you send a booking inquiry, you're communicating that you are interested in reserving a particular space and are reaching out to confirm availability and/or ask any questions you may have before submitting payment.
Once an inquiry is responded to and you are prepared to book, you'll send a booking request. When you send a booking request, you are prepared to confirm and pay for a reservation. Payment details are always attached to booking requests — that is, your credit card will be processed as soon as a host hits "Accept."
