What do I do if a request or inquiry expires?
If you miss a request or inquiry from a guest, you'll still be able to communicate with them from your message center. If you have availability to host on their travel dates, you can either ask them to re-request with you, or you can send them a Special Offer. If you're not available, that's okay too — we do ask, however, that you respond to let them know. This will keep your response rate up.
