Whats the difference between a request and an inquiry?
When a traveler sends you a booking inquiry, they're interested in reserving your space and have reached out to confirm your availability and/or ask any questions they may have before submitting payment. Once an inquiry is responded to and the guest is prepared to book, they'll send a booking request.
When you receive a booking request, the guest is prepared to confirm and pay for a reservation with you. Payment details are always attached to booking requests — that is, their credit card will be processed as soon as you hit "Accept."
